Our products are dispatched from our warehouse located in Treviso, Italy. We process orders during our standard office hours: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.


Please note, orders placed after 4:00 PM may not be shipped the same day.

for Italy-Based Customers

Pour nos clients en Italie, nous offrons la livraison gratuite pour les commandes supérieures à 69 euros. Ces commandes sont expédiées par des transporteurs BRT et TNT, ce qui garantit une livraison fiable et rapide.


- Livraison standard : Nous garantissons une livraison dans un délai de 24 à 48 heures dans toute l'Italie (à l'exclusion des samedis, dimanches et jours fériés).

- Régions étendues : Pour la Calabre, la Sicile et la Sardaigne, la livraison est garantie dans un délai de 48 à 72 heures (à l'exclusion des samedis, dimanches et jours fériés).


Si le paiement à la livraison (Contrassegno) est choisi au moment de la commande, le coût du service égal à 3,90 € sera ajouté au montant de la commande et de l'expédition.
