Before any procedure, always perform a patch test for all products. Carefully read all warnings, precautions, and instructions provided in the leaflets found inside each product box. The instructions below are general guidelines and do not replace official product manuals.

1. 
   Lash assessment & Step 1 selection
   
   
   For thin or medium lashes, choose Step 1 – Cysteamine.
   
   
   For very thick, strong lashes, choose Step 1 – Cysteamine + Thioglycolic Acid.
   
   
   
2. 
   Application of Step 1
   
   Apply Step 1 for 6 to 15 minutes, depending on lash structure.
   
   Start checking the lashes after 6 minutes. Lashes are ready when they feel soft, flexible, and easily bendable.
   
3. 
   Intermediate cleansing
   
   Remove Step 1 thoroughly. Use Afterlift Regenerator (Autolift serum) as an intermediate step to cleanse the lashes before fixation.
   
4. 
   Step 2 – Fix
   
   Apply Step 2 – Fix for 8 minutes, then remove completely.
   
5. 
   Tinting (optional)
   
   If tinting is desired, apply lash dye after Step 2.
   
   Lash dye is not included in this kit. We recommend using MAXYMOVA Ultra Black Lash Dye with 1.8% Oxidant for best results.
   
6. 
   Nourishing care
   
   Apply GOCCIA BIANCA serum for additional nourishment and hydration, especially recommended for weak or dehydrated lashes.
   
7. 
   Final step
   
   Finish the procedure with Repair Balm, a leave-in product that seals and protects the lashes.
   
8. 
   Alternative finishing option
   
   The kit also includes Growth Booster, which can be used instead of Repair Balm if desired.
   
   For client use, dispense a small amount onto a LamiPad or mixing surface, then apply to the lashes, shaping and defining Korean-style lash rays.

For our customers in Italy, we offer free shipping on orders exceeding 69 euros. These orders are shipped using BRT and TNT couriers, ensuring reliable and prompt delivery.

- Standard Delivery: We guarantee delivery within 24-48 hours across Italy (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

- Extended Regions: For Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia, delivery is guaranteed within 48-72 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).

If payment on delivery (Contrassegno) is chosen at the time of the order, the cost of the service equal to €3,90 will be added to the sum of the order and shipment.

International Shipping Options

- European Customers: Enjoy complimentary shipping on orders over 150 euros.

- USA Customers: Free delivery is available for orders above 250 euros. We ship international orders via DPD, DHL, UPS, and FEDEX. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
